Funded by Macmillan Cancer Support, Movement for me supports the physical, mental and emotional wellbeing of people living with cancer through movement and breathwork.
Sessions are designed to support-

NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde- Prehab
MorphFit Gentle Movement Project delivers a digital prehabilitation programme with NHS GGC.
Cancer prehabilitation (prehab) is a personalised programme of support, advice, and interventions started between a cancer diagnosis and the beginning of treatment to optimize a patient's physical and mental resilience.
Admissions to these sessions are via referral from a Clinical Nurse Specialist or other certified medical practitioner.
